Dr. Cesar Parra is a professional dressage rider, who has competed on the international level and appeared in competitions such as 1999 Pan AM Games, 2002 World Equestrian Games, 2003 Pan AM Games, 2004 Olympic Games, 2005 FEI World Cup, 2006 World Equestrian Games, 2011 Pan AM Games, and the 2014 FEI World Cup. He also helps train amateur riders to succeed.

Dr. Cesar Parra is an international dressage champion who has made huge accomplishments representing both Colombia as well as the United States of America. He won a silver medal for Colombia in the Pan American games in 1999, and did the same for the US once he gained citizenship there. He also competed in the 2004 Olympic Games in dressage.
